Meet Our Team

Mary joined the agency in 1985, working with her father to establish the family business. They worked together for 18 years until his retirement in 2003 when she became the agency owner. Mary is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and serves the commercial and financial services needs of our clients. She is married and has three adult children. She and her family enjoy all kinds of music and the outdoors and actively support Project WARM, Street Survival, Sounds of the Mountains Storytelling Festival, and Camp Bethel.

Linda came to us from western New York in 2017, bringing over 25 years of insurance experience. After her 6th grandchild was born, she returned to New York in 2018 to be closer to her family. She now has 8 grandchildren. In 2019 she was rehired as a remote employee and we are delighted to have her back. Linda enjoys being near her family and friends, traveling, camping and digging for fossils and Herkimer diamonds.

Matt has over 20 years insurance experience, primarily as an agent as well as a claims adjuster. He joined our team in October 2020 and trained under Annette. He is ready to assist you with your home, auto, and life insurance. Matt is the proud father of 3 children and enjoys spending time with them outdoors biking, hiking and walking their dogs.

Katie started with Brogan Insurance as an Administrative Assistant in February 2022 and became a Licensed Agent later on that year. In her free time, Katie enjoys listening to music, watching sports and hanging out with family and friends.

Karen joined the team in May 2023 as an Administrative Assistant and has now become a Licensed Agent. She is a mom to an adorable 4-year-old son. When Karen is not working, you can catch her under a blanket, with a bag of popcorn, watching movies.

Jordyn is the newest member of the Brogan Insurance family, joining the team in July 2025. In addition to assisting our clients, Jordyn puts her green thumb to work by taking care of the company’s landscaping. When she’s not at work, you can find her tending to her own garden, painting, crafting, and spending time with her family and friends.
