“Today was a defining moment for me. I own a 2016 RX 350 Lexus with 23,000 miles. I was rear-ended with around $10,000.00 damage. The other insurance company for the guy that hit me, said they would only approve aftermarket parts, not the actual parts my new Lexus was built with. WRONG!! Erie will replace all the damaged parts with original Lexus parts, And then charge the other insurance the cost!!
